Juggling for Wellbeing
What: Juggling for Wellbeing is our more structured session intended for people who predominantly want (or need) to juggle for the benefits to cognitive function, motor coordination and dexterity that it provides. With this in mind, each session follows the same structure so that it can be a comfortable and familiar space.
JuggleBoard warmup & foundations (a set structured pattern that we will work through each each week, with extension opportunities as necessary)
JuggleBoard challenge - something different each week to stretch the brain
Community & Culture - a chance to be in the moment together and appreciate juggling. Sometimes we may watch a video, talk about a show that is in town, discuss juggling events etc. A chance to have a physical break and interact socially.
Explore - building out of our community time, we'll try a new prop or trick within the realm of object manipulation.
Current Sessions June 1pm - 2pm on Wednesdays (open to all)
August & September Time TBC Wednesday
To arrange a private session or group booking please email rachael@jugglehub.com.au
